Terms and Conditions

Cosam Industries, LLC warrants all products for a period of ninety days from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the following conditions. To be considered for warranty, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

1. The product must show only normal signs of wear and not be physically damaged. Minor surface scratches are considered normal and are eligible for warranty claims while a cracked case or water soaked device are not considered normal and will not qualify for repair or replacement under warranty.
2. The product must not show any signs of tampering. Medical Alert Pagers are factory sealed. Breaking or attempting to disassemble the device will void the warranty.
3. The customer must request and be granted return authorization prior to returning the defective product.

In the event a returned product does not meet the above conditions, Cosam Industries, LLC shall have no responsibility to repair or replace the product or to refund the purchase price.
In the event a defect is found due to normal use during the warranty period, Cosam Industries, LLC will either repair the unit or replace it with one of equal or better value.  In the event of repair or replacement the warranty period will remain from the initial date of purchase.

Cosam Industries, LLC shall not be liable for injury to persons or damage to equipment if its products are not used in accordance with the published operating instructions and warnings.  Cosam Industries, LLC is not liable for missed alerts.  Cosam Industries, LLC is not responsible for mobile phone carriers texting fees.
